Gainford House is a "Good" Rated CQC Service we work with adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism within a Service, we also work with customers in the community delivering a domiciliary care model.Typical dayAssist customers with their daily living tasks developing their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plansSupport vulnerable customers in a variety of servicesSupport customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointmentsCarry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviewsHelp customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the communityWhy join usThis is more than a job its a place where you feel valued.
