Permanent | Full-Time | Office Based

Salary: £25,000

Are you a motivated Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a firm where your career can flourish?

We're looking for someone who is organised, client-focused and ready to manage their own caseload with support from an experienced team. Based in our client’s newly refurbished offices, you'll enjoy a friendly, collaborative culture where your development is genuinely encouraged.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own personal injury caseload under supervision.
\n
• Progressing claims from instruction through to settlement.
\n
• Handling OIC Portal claims, liability assessments and settlement negotiations.
\n
• Arranging medical appointments through MedCo and reviewing medical evidence.
\n
• Preparing client care documentation and maintaining strong client relationships.
\n
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous Personal Injury Paralegal experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
\n
• A proactive team player with a commitment to outstanding client service.
\n
