They are known for integrity, consistent margins, a low-risk approach to work and extremely fast subcontractor payments within 7 to 14 days.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage procurementProcessing subcontractor monthly valuations and applicationsProject cost control and commercial reportingIssuing monthly valuations to the client / PQSAdministering variations on the client sideManaging subcontractor accounts through to final accountSupporting commercial decision-making across multiple live schemesWorking closely with project teams to maintain cost, quality and programme controlIdeal CandidateExperience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environmentStrong understanding of procurement, valuations, variations and cost controlAble to manage multiple smaller projects or one larger schemeConfident communicating with clients, PQS teams and subcontractorsLooking for progression and long-term development within a stable businessTPBN1_UKTJ
