As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will leave and develop the Continuous Improvement (CI) function and deliverables within the operation, providing management expertise, coaching and guidance on all CI activities.This is a full time, permanent on site position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 per annum , and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discountsWhat youll do on a typical day:Work with the operation teams to ensure end to end process flows, variation and data are understood to enable effective CI effortsTurn data analysis into insights that is timely, accurate and relevant, that can be used to drive positive actions across the siteCapture and coordinate all continuous improvement projects, providing in the roll out of successful projectsLiaise with senior management team to identify and achieve pre-determined target savings for the site through Value Stream Mapping and other activitiesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Certified Green Belt or working towards an equivalent qualification (training will be provided if working towards)Process orientation with a track record of implementing process improvements and controls within a supply chain environmentExperience of working at a similar level and have knowledge of Lean and process improvement tools and techniquesWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
