Accountant - Payroll & Finance - REMOTE - up to £42,000

Accountant - International Payroll & Finance required for an international business - FULLY REMOTE. You will be supporting payroll and accounting activities across EMEA and APAC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in international payroll, financial reporting and compliance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you'll be doing

• Supporting monthly payroll processing across EMEA and APAC regions
\n
• Preparing payroll reports, reconciliations, journals and accruals
\n
• Reviewing payroll data, investigating variances and ensuring accuracy
\n
• Working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers
\n
• Assisting with month-end and year-end finance activities
\n
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Maintaining general ledger records and posting journals
\n
• Supporting audits and helping ensure international compliance requirements are met
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll or similar (or equivalent experience)
\n
• Experience in payroll, accounting or finance is an advantage
\n
• Strong Excel skills and excellent numerical ability
\n
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
\n
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a bonus)
\n
• Great communication skills and confidence working with international teams
\n
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
\n

This role is offered on a fully remote basis for a period of 1 year to cover Maternity.
