Accountant - Payroll & Finance - REMOTE - up to £42,000

Accountant - International Payroll & Finance required for an international business - FULLY REMOTE. You will be supporting payroll and accounting activities across EMEA and APAC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in international payroll, financial reporting and compliance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What you'll be doingSupporting monthly payroll processing across EMEA and APAC regionsPreparing payroll reports, reconciliations, journals and accrualsReviewing payroll data, investigating variances and ensuring accuracyWorking closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providersAssisting with month-end and year-end finance activitiesPerforming bank and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintaining general ledger records and posting journalsSupporting audits and helping ensure international compliance requirements are metWhat we're looking forDegree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll or similar (or equivalent experience)Experience in payroll, accounting or finance is an advantageStrong Excel skills and excellent numerical abilityHigh attention to detail and a proactive mindsetExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite a bonus)Great communication skills and confidence working with international teamsAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentThis role is offered on a fully remote basis for a period of 1 year to cover Maternity.Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment AgencyTPBN1_UKTJ
