Anti-Social Behaviour OfficerDevon | Hybrid Working£32,000 - £40,000 per annum | Permanent, Full TimeOur client is looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their Housing Team in Devon. You'll play a key role in creating safe, inclusive communities by managing cases relating to anti-social behaviour, nuisance, and hate crime.Key responsibilities:Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance, and hate crime cases.Work closely with residents, housing colleagues, the Police, and external agencies.Investigate complaints and take action to resolve issues effectively.Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer support.What we're looking for:Experience in ASB, housing management, tenancy enforcement, or a similar customer-facing role.Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.Excellent organisation and IT skills.Ability to build positive relationships with customers and partner agencies.Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the role involves visiting customers.If you're passionate about supporting communities and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
