PRODUCT OWNERBARNSLEY - HYBRIDUP TO £45,000 + COMPANY CAR + BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited are working exclusively with a reputable and growing business who are looking for a Product Owner to help shape and improve software products used by organisations across the public sector. You'll work closely with customers, developers, and senior stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that make a real impact. You'll be responsible for helping to shape and improve key areas of the product, working closely with customers and internal teams to turn ideas and feedback into valuable features.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Product Lead, Product Specialist, Product Consultant, Product Development Manager, Software Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Analyst or similar role.THE ROLE:Manage the full product lifecycle, from research and planning through to delivery and continuous improvementEngage with customers and stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and requirementsGather and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancementsWrite clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for development teamsWork closely with designers, developers, and testers to ensure successful product deliveryHelp prioritise features and maintain an organised product backlogReview product performance and user feedback to inform future developmentSupport product roadmap planning and communicate upcoming changes and improvementsStay informed about industry trends, legislation, and regulatory requirements relevant to the productTHE PERSON:Must have previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business AnalystPrevious experience within a B2B SaaS environment is highly desirableStrong experience gathering requirements and conducting user researchA proactive and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and bring fresh ideas that drive product improvement and business valueExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience translating complex business processes into practical product solutionsConfident using AI tools to improve productivity and ways of workingWillingness to travel occasionally to meet customersBy sending an application or applying for a job, you consent to your personal data being processed and stored by Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in accordance with our Cookie & Privacy Policy (available in the footer on our website).
