Machine OperatorLocation: WorcesterHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pmPeak Season (October-November): Rotating weekly shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at enhanced ratesAre you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable days-based role with plenty of overtime and the opportunity to work on premium, bespoke products?The RoleOperating CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products.Loading materials and monitoring machine performance.Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment.Reading and following production drawings and job sheets.Changing tooling and making basic machine adjustments where required.Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.The CandidateTo be successful you'll ideally have:Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.A good eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.What's On Offer?Monday to Friday days role.Overtime paid at a premium.Long-term career opportunity with a growing manufacturer.Training and development opportunities.If you want a career opportunity within a company that can offer training and stability apply nowASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
