Role - Digital Engineering Process Delivery Manager (SC Cleared)Location - Hybrid, 2 days a week in ReadingContract - Initial 6 monthsRate - £550 to £630 per dayStart - ASAPThis role has been deemed Inside IR35.You must hold active SC Clearance to be eligible for this role.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Process & Integration Manager to lead the development of engineering processes, governance and systems integration across a major defence engineering transformation programme.This role sits at the centre of Digital Engineering, ensuring engineering teams, suppliers and technology platforms operate within consistent processes, standards and governance frameworks.You'll play a key role in enabling collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines while supporting the delivery of an integrated Digital Engineering environment.The RoleYou'll own the development and continuous improvement of engineering processes and integration frameworks supporting software engineering and Digital Engineering capabilities.Working across engineering, technology and business teams, you'll define common ways of working, establish governance standards and ensure interoperability between engineering tools, platforms and suppliers.You'll coordinate process improvements, manage cross-functional dependencies and help drive adoption of new engineering frameworks across the organisation.Responsibilities include:Defining engineering processes and governance frameworksDeveloping integration models across engineering systemsManaging process roadmaps and improvement initiativesSupporting Digital Thread integrationEnsuring compliance with engineering and regulatory standardsCoordinating cross-functional delivery activitiesSupporting business change and organisational adoptionProducing process documentation and training materialsManaging risks, dependencies and continuous improvement initiativesThe PersonYou'll have significant experience delivering engineering transformation, process improvement or systems integration programmes within complex engineering environments.You'll be comfortable working across multiple technical disciplines and understand how engineering processes, governance and integrated toolsets enable effective product development.You'll ideally have experience of:Engineering process developmentSystems integrationDigital EngineeringPLM or ALM environmentsEngineering governanceChange managementStakeholder engagementRegulated industries such as aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturingYou'll possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.If you would like to learn more about the role, please apply through the advert and we will be in touch to discuss further.TPBN1_UKTJ
