We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the hiring process and are dedicated to creating a supportive, accessible environment for everyone.Security Cyber Risk & Compliance SpecialistLocation: Farnborough (onsite 5 days per week)Security Clearance: Due to the secure nature of the work and our customer requirement, candidate are required to hold DV clearanceEssential Job Functions:Support the management of security initiatives under the direction of senior security personnel.Assist in implementing security policies and standards, collaborating with the security team.Monitor security events and incidents, escalating and documenting as necessary.Collaborate with other departments to enhance security measures and maintain compliance.Aid in compliance efforts, assisting in audits and ensuring documentation is up to date.Contribute to incident response activities, participating in investigations and reporting.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of security best practices and trends.Support the delivery of security awareness training to employees.What you will bringBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Relevant experience in industry, with a background in a similar role.Proven experience in information security.Proficiencies in risk management, compliance, and security technologiesA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus!TPBN1_UKTJ
