Working Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm

Salary 31,200 DOE

About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to support a variety of commercial, industrial and civil engineering projects across Central Scotland. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of groundworks activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Excavation and preparation of sites for construction projects.

\n

Installation and maintenance of drainage systems, pipes, gullies and manholes.

\n

Kerbing, paving, slabbing and block paving works.

\n

Concrete works including foundations, slabs and reinforced structures.

\n

Trenching, ducting and backfilling operations.

\n

Ground preparation for surfacing and tarmac works.

\n

Operation of small plant and machinery where qualified.

\n

Adherence to all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.

\n

Candidate Requirements

\n

Previous groundworks or civil engineering experience.

\n

CSCS Card (essential).

\n

Good knowledge of drainage, foundations and paving works.

\n

Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

\n

Ability to read site drawings and specifications.

\n

Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

\n
