Legionella Risk Assessor – covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas £33000-£36000 + Car + Benefits including bonus, planned pay reviews and WFH days (work from home) Our client a Health and Safety Consultancy are adding to their risk division and are currently looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join the team and play an active part in a new contract. Typical sites will include - Offices, community facilities, supported housing and other non-domestic premises. This Legionella Risk Assessor is the great opportunity for someone who wants to progress within a business, playing a key part on a new contract and have a variety of work to maximise their skillset, Key duties for the Legionella Risk Assessor will include * Carrying out detailed risk assessments on commercial sites including producing reports, assisting with schematic drawings and recommending further works required * Undertaking basic water hygiene tasks including TMV servicing, water sampling and temperature monitoring (please note this is risk assessor role for most of the time). * Acting as a primary point of contact to site management. * Ensuring all sites remain compliant and in line with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines To apply for the Legionella Risk Assessor, applicants will ideally have the following * Ideally hold a Water Management Society qualification or similar * Proven experience working independently as a Legionella Risk Assessor * Previous experience in water hygiene and/or basic plumbing preferred * Full driving license * Enhanced DBS checked The Legionella Risk Assessor will be given the autonomy to manage their workload, have at least 1 day a week for report writing with additional support on-site software and a training budget to further develop their skills and pick up new qualifications.
