Class 2 HGV Driver (Days) Location: Croydon Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Day Shifts Job Type: Ongoing | Temp to Perm Opportunities Available Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers on behalf of a busy logistics operation for going day shift work based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and well-established transport operation offering consistent work, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent role. Duties Include * Completing scheduled deliveries and collections. * Carrying out daily vehicle safety inspections. * Loading and unloading where required. * Completing delivery paperwork accurately. * Providing excellent customer service. * Ensuring compliance with Drivers' Hours Regulations and company procedures. * Reporting vehicle defects promptly. * Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle. Requirements * Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence. * Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card. * Valid Digital Tachograph Card. * Minimum 6 months' Class 2 driving experience preferred. * No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements). * Good understanding of Drivers' Hours Regulations. * Reliable with excellent timekeeping. * Professional and customer focused.
