Assessment Administrator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Hybrid Working | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional organisational skills and a talent for coordinating multiple processes at once? We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to join a busy operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting the delivery of professional qualifications and assessments, ensuring processes run smoothly, accurately, and to strict deadlines. Working within a collaborative team, you'll liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including learners, employers, contractors, assessors, and external partners, providing first-class support and ensuring a positive experience throughout the assessment journey. The Role As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating assessment-related activities, supporting candidates and external stakeholders, and ensuring critical processes are delivered accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating assessment administration and ensuring the accuracy of data and documentation. Providing first-line support to candidates and external partners via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. Managing high-volume shared inboxes and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Supporting assessment delivery, including liaising with external centres and resolving issues as they arise. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal and external systems. Processing and validating data with a high level of attention to detail. Coordinating communications with external stakeholders, contractors, examiners, and assessors. Organising meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting administrative projects. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Supporting investigations, evidence gathering, and case administration where required. Assisting with the administration of professional courses, seminars, and development programmes.About You We're looking for a strong administrator with excellent coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a busy administration, coordination, or operations support role. Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information. A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach.Desirable Experience within a professional membership body, education, training, examinations, or assessment environment. Experience working with external stakeholders, volunteers, or contractors
