Primary Care Physician

Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to enhance primary care services and accessibility in the Delaware region.

This full-service Family Medicine Center is dedicated to providing primary care to a medically underserved community in Newark, with a particular emphasis on serving the Latino population. Our practice prioritizes culturally competent care, supported by a bilingual team committed to delivering inclusive, patient-focused services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Preferred Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for licensure in Delaware

• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions

• Focus on preventive care and population health strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

• Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation

• Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

Schedule & Call

• Full-time position with 36 patient-facing hours per week

• Flexible scheduling options available

• On-call duties on a 1:2 call schedule, phone-only
