The Palo Alto County Health System (PACHS) is a modern 25-bed critical access hospital offering a comprehensive range of primary healthcare services, from health promotion to end-of-life care. Key statistics include:

• 34,636 primary care clinic visits

On-site services include lab, X-ray, emergency care, pharmacy, and behavioral health. Additionally, outreach specialists from our network provide services in various specialties such as General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, and more.

Compensation and Benefits

• Recruitment Package: $200,000 signing bonus!
• Salary: $301,290 with a one-year income guarantee.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 moving allowance.
• PTO: 34 days of paid time off (PTO) when on base; 40 days when on production.
• CME Allowance: $4,000 annually for continuing medical education.
