Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Work Location: 6050 Northland Dr Ste 200, Rockford, MI 49341
  • Specialization: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient
  • Team Composition: 8 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
    • Clinical Care Team: 2 providers and 3 Medical Assistants/LPNs
  • Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
  • On-Call Requirements: Phone call coverage one week every two months, 5 PM to 12 AM on weekdays, 7 AM to 7 PM on weekends
  • Additional Information: Panel to be established immediately.

Qualifications

  • Welcoming new graduates
  • Board certified in the relevant clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe set by the respective specialty board.
  • Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain one)
  • DEA license required
