This facility operates as a residential treatment center providing structured behavioral health and addiction recovery services to an adult population in Des Moines, Iowa. The center functions under a multidisciplinary treatment team model with clinical oversight provided by a Clinical Director, supporting coordinated care from admission through discharge. Clinicians work on-site within a supervised environment designed to facilitate client progress and positive clinical outcomes.

Des Moines offers a range of attractions and events, including museums covering science, history, and the arts, as well as outdoor spaces such as the John and Mary Pappajohn Sculpture Park and the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden. The area hosts a variety of entertainment options, from live music and sporting events to farmers' markets and food festivals, many of which are centered in the downtown district. The Iowa Events Center and Casey's Center serve as primary venues for concerts, sporting events, and large-scale productions throughout the year.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual, group, and family therapy to an adult population within a residential treatment setting, maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients per therapist with weekly sessions and occasional clinical groups. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the clinician will manage cases involving behavioral health and addiction-related issues on a full-time, day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include completing biopsychosocial assessments, participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and assisting with discharge planning. Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification is preferred for this position; no call coverage is required.
