Total compensation of $680,000 | 200 shifts annually
Sign-on bonus of $150,000 | 12 weeks of vacation
1:10 call schedule | Night float included
Approximately 90% of cases are independently managed | About 10% involve CRNA supervision
Focus on routine surgical cases | No open-heart procedures involved
The Role
We invite you to join a physician-led anesthesiology team that emphasizes a hands-on clinical role with limited supervisory duties. This position is ideal for anesthesiologists who value competitive compensation, reliable scheduling, and long-term career stability.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation of $680K
- Sign-on bonus of $150K
- Malpractice insurance covered by the employer, including tail coverage
