Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in the shop and on the roadside.
- Handle equipment repairs and maintain the store facility, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
- Commitment to customer service and safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
This role involves physical labor in a busy environment, requiring adaptability to various temperatures and the ability to work closely with others.
