As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will deliver care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient’s condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
  • Active and valid nursing license in the applicable state, with a requirement to maintain good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) throughout your employment
  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with a mandate to keep it current throughout employment
