Job Opportunity Overview
  • Become a member of a close-knit group comprising 14 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
  • Work 14-16 shifts each month.
  • Shifts will vary between 8 to 12 hours.
  • Enjoy 24/7 support from APPs.
  • Main location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, featuring 67 ICU/CCU beds.
  • Secondary location: MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center, with 7 ICU beds.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits
  • Attractive Base Salary with Growth Potential:
  • Year 1: $420,000 | Year 2: $432,000 | Years 3+: $568,379
  • Recruitment bonus: $150,000.
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000.

Our facility is a Level II Trauma center that has been dedicated to serving the community since 1893. We operate four non-profit Catholic Medical Centers and two specialty hospitals, totaling 875 beds.
