Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in the shop and during roadside assistance.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring the store facility is well-kept and organized.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
This position involves working in a busy environment where teamwork and communication are essential. You will be expected to maintain a clean workspace while interacting with a variety of customers.
