We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our team at the Mifflin Center in Shillington, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  • This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
  • Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
  • Providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in partnership with other medical providers is a key duty.
  • Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion is vital.
Qualifications
  • The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation is necessary. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where applicable, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration, as must PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range: USD $116,480.00 - USD $120,640.00 per year.
