The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. The Regional Resource RN will float between the designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities.\nPosition Details:

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
\nBase Pay (Determined by Experience)

PLUS Regional Float Pool Differential $15.00 + $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends
\nStay Premium Program: Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

\nQualifications:
\n- \n
- Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN \n
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. \n
- REQUIRED Experience: Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year. Preferred Experience: Epic experience \n
- Certifications (Must have to start): \n
- BLS certified \n
- ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MANDT within 90 days of hire. \n
- Physical Requirements/Demands: Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds \n
