Our organization is actively looking for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of our healthcare partnership at the Women’s & Children’s Clinic, situated just west of Seattle in the picturesque Silverdale, Washington.
The OB/GYN department is eager to welcome a seventh member to their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role offers a balanced 50%-50% division between obstetrics and gynecology. The position entails a standard Monday to Friday work schedule, with a call rotation of 1:7, in addition to county call at 1:10. On average, you will see 18-25 clinical patients per day. Enjoy the convenience of working from a single clinical site and a hospital equipped with a level 2 NICU, all housed within the same building!

With seven patient care clinics, our organization comprises approximately 80 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, supported by a staff of around 350, serving a population of 274,000 residents in the county. Our providers cover a diverse range of specialties, including primary care, surgery, and various sub-specialties.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position ranges from $345,000 to $365,000 annually, with additional bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure, certifications, and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. Our compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each applicant.
Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is based on full-time employment in the assigned job classification and adheres to the current PSA agreement. For eligible full-time employees, we offer the following benefits:
