Seeking a Business Architect to support a large-scale Finance Transformation initiative focused on modernizing finance processes, accounting architecture, and enterprise data flows. This individual will partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze current-state processes, design future-state capabilities, and help drive adoption of a new enterprise finance platform. The ideal candidate combines finance transformation expertise with business architecture capabilities and has experience translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial data flows, accounting processes, and enterprise-wide impacts across large organizations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting finance transformation or accounting transformation programs.
• Background within banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Strong business architecture, process architecture, or process optimization experience.
• Understanding of financial data flows, general ledger concepts, accounting engines, and enterprise reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technology organizations.
