Schedule:
Full-time | Four clinic days each week

Base Salary:
$460,000 guaranteed income for two years, transitioning to RVU-based compensation

Incentives:
Signing bonus, relocation support, loan repayment assistance, quality performance bonus, residency stipend

CME:
Annual allowance of $4,250 | 5 additional days beyond PTO

Malpractice Coverage:
Included through our comprehensive program, featuring tail coverage.

Your Impact in This Role

This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established practice with a strong referral network and the extensive resources of a comprehensive health system.

The Team & Structure:

Become part of a collaborative and experienced team that includes 7 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Gynecology Physician, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant.

Call Schedule:

Participate in shared night, weekend, and holiday call duties, working alongside the OB Hospitalist group to ensure a balanced work-life experience.

Position Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) and possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license.

Our facility is a premier regional healthcare center, offering a wide range of specialized services for women and children, including dedicated medical-surgical units, comprehensive maternity suites, and advanced perinatal and high-risk pregnancy care. Minimum Requirements:

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board required prior to the hire or transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support: Preferred certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
