4-Day Work Week, 30 Miles to Boston, Private Practice Group w/ Academic Ties

This large single-specialty Urology private practice is looking to expand its ever-growing services to keep up with market demand. Located just 1 Hour from Boston, this highly sought-after bedroom community has an existing team of 5 physicians plus midlevel and support staff. The program is looking for a General Urologist; however, there is a definite need for a Subspecialty Urologist if they are interested in doing General Urology as well.

\n Position Highlights:
\n -4 or 5 Day Work Week
\n -1:5 Call with Midlevels taking primary weekday call (and some weekends).
\n -*Compensation: The base salary range is $400,000 to $500,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank. Base salary never goes away.

\n -Joining a Dynamic, Well Respected, and Well Established - Single Specialty Urology Practice
\n -APP Staff assist in rounding at the hospital
\n -Large cultivated primary care network throughout the region & with the large Medical University to ensure a busy and diverse patient panel/practice.
\n -Position does not qualify for Visa sponsorships.
\n - Board Eligible or Board Certification Required (upon eligibility)
\n -Actively considering 2027 and 2028 Transition Year Urologists.
