We are excited to announce an opportunity for Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin!

Compensation: $285,000 - $350,000

Opportunity Overview

As a Family Medicine Faculty Physician, you will:

  • Serve as core faculty for a residency program with 21 residents.
  • Educate and mentor the next generation of physicians, tailoring your role to align with your strengths and interests.
  • Precept residents, providing guidance in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
  • Engage in clinical practice at our residency clinic (30% of your time).
  • Dedicate time to administrative duties and curriculum development (20% of your time).
  • Participate in comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, including procedural work, nursing home visits, and women's health.
  • Benefit from established medical student education opportunities.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR and access a wide range of multi-specialty referral sources.

Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for teaching residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical settings.
  • Prior faculty experience in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant specialty.
  • MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
  • Exceptional patient care skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
