Physician - Rheumatologist - Silvis, IL - Growing practice, future leadership opportunity

Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist to become part of a well-established practice in Silvis, IL.

• Full-time position as a physician within our medical group located in Silvis, IL.
• Attractive compensation package with a two-year guarantee of $330,000, transitioning to a wRVU model thereafter.
• A recruitment incentive of $120,000.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology.
• Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Illinois.
• Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (J1 and H1B candidates are welcome).

The Rheumatology department at our Silvis location is situated on the campus of the local medical center. The team is eager to welcome a new physician to collaborate with Dr. Kumar and a skilled group of clinical and administrative staff. The campus provides on-site radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services to enhance patient care. An Infusion Center is set to reopen in January 2026. Call coverage will be shared on a 1:3 basis, consisting solely of phone calls.
