Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injury.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Washington State.
  • A strong passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $103,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
