Job Description
Our organization proudly hosts a fully accredited ACGME Family Medicine Residency with Osteopathic Recognition, offering 21 resident positions. This program uniquely combines community-focused and academic training, equipping residents with a diverse range of clinical experiences in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Training occurs at our facilities, including the local hospital and an outpatient center, where residents gain valuable exposure to various fields such as adult medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, surgery, behavioral health, and multiple specialty services.
The residency features an innovative two-week mini-block curriculum designed to enhance focused learning, ensure continuity of patient care, and promote resident wellness, all while preparing graduates for a well-rounded practice in Family Medicine.
Continuity ClinicOur continuity clinic is situated at a modern 96,000-square-foot outpatient facility, which includes services such as outpatient surgery, emergency care, a comprehensive cancer center, laboratory and radiology services, vascular testing, specialty clinics, and a 24-bed short-stay center. This campus is set to become the future home of our local hospital, fostering an integrated healthcare environment that benefits both resident education and patient care.

Educational opportunities extend to training in areas such as addiction medicine, lifestyle medicine, sports medicine, point-of-care ultrasound, women's health, and breastfeeding medicine. Weekly didactic sessions, practical workshops, quality improvement projects, and interdisciplinary learning experiences further enhance the educational journey.
