Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU environment.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Document patient care activities and maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Valid Iowa or Compact State RN License.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI.
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system.
• Willingness to work every third weekend.
