Human Resources-Employee Relations Specialist
Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting employees, coaching leaders, and driving positive workplace outcomes? We're looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, compliance, leave administration, workplace investigations, training, and HR best practices.
What You'll Do- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective action matters.
- Manage and advise on FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave-related issues.
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Analyze employee relations trends and create actionable recommendations.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support unemployment claims administration.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of HR experience.
- Strong employee relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Multi-state HR experience preferred.

Travel: Up to 10%, including occasional overnight travel.
