Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in-shop and through roadside assistance.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment and ensure the store facility is well-kept, including performing general housekeeping tasks.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various temperatures. You will be part of a team that values hard work and dedication.
