A well-established and growing ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Tucson team. This organization is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to both children and adults, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across clinical and therapy disciplines.

Position Requirements
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s Degree required
- Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain)
Key Responsibilities
This role is primarily clinic-based, offering flexibility in daily structure and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a manageable caseload
- Review behavioral data and adjust individualized treatment plans with a focus on quality care
- Provide thoughtful clinical guidance and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
- Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (minimal — approx. 1%)
- Support interns and junior clinical staff as needed
Schedule
Flexible scheduling options available, including:
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Split schedule between clinic and remote work

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
