Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

This organization is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to both children and adults, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across clinical and therapy disciplines.

One of the standout advantages of this role is a deliberately low caseload, allowing BCBAs to focus on quality over quantity—providing more individualized care, meaningful supervision, and a better overall work-life balance.

Relocation assistance is available, making this a great opportunity for candidates considering a move to the Tucson area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to make a deeper impact in a supportive, clinic-based environment.
