Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity supporting industrial and facility equipment across multiple locations in the Florida Panhandle and southern Alabama. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will work closely with maintenance leadership, operations teams, and location managers to complete preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment improvement work. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable technician who values stable employment, supportive leadership, clear communication, and a team-oriented environment where maintenance plays a critical role in daily success.

This position supports locations in Fort Walton Beach, FL, Pensacola, FL, and Saraland, AL, with regular travel between assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, welding, and related equipment issues.
- Respond to urgent equipment breakdowns and complete repairs that reduce downtime and support safe operations.
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, work orders, blueprints, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately.
- Maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, valves, piping, electrical components, and related systems.
- Document work orders, parts used, repair status, and maintenance recommendations while maintaining organized tools and supplies.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range is $25 to $32 per hour.
- Full-time schedule.
- Primarily Monday through Friday.
- On-call responsibilities are required.
- Weekend, evening, and overtime work may be required based on operational needs.
- Regular travel is required between Fort Walton Beach, FL, Pensacola, FL, and Saraland, AL.
