Compensation & Benefits
The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base pay only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment process.
