ServiceNow Architect | Enterprise Technology Leader

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a leading enterprise team in Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK. If you have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture, ITOM implementations, platform governance, and enterprise integrations, this is an excellent opportunity to lead large-scale ServiceNow initiatives and drive digital transformation.

What You'll Do:

· Lead ServiceNow solution architecture, technical design, and platform governance initiatives

· Design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, SAM, CMDB, and related modules

· Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and enterprise platforms

· Design workflows, Service Catalogs, self-service portals, automation, and custom applications

· Define architecture standards, technical roadmaps, upgrade strategies, and platform best practices

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to deliver secure and maintainable solutions

· Mentor technical teams and drive continuous platform improvement and operational excellence

What You Bring:

· 3+ years of recent experience in a ServiceNow Architect or IT Architect role

· 6+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, and platform experience

· Strong expertise with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC/IRM, CSM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping

· Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise environments

· Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, governance, security, and platform standards

· Experience with AWS, Azure, automation technologies, and ITIL frameworks

· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay Details: $86.00 to $90.00 per hour
