Hematology Oncology - Medical Oncologist (MNH)
Job Description
The Hematology/Oncology Division within our organization is in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join the MacNeal Community Cancer Center.
The selected individual will play a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive general hematology and medical oncology program in Berwyn and its neighboring areas. This role involves providing strong leadership, enhancing clinical and research initiatives, aiding in the recruitment of top-tier professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The candidate will also be responsible for leading and supporting patient services and excellence in care delivery.
Key responsibilities encompass both inpatient and outpatient care at MacNeal Hospital and Cancer Center. The ideal candidate will engage actively in our multidisciplinary translational clinical care research and oversee a diverse array of clinical treatment protocols. Teaching duties will include mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students as assigned. This position will report directly to the Director of the Hematology/Oncology Division and will collaborate closely on the development of the regional community cancer practice.
This position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes:
- Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945
