Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys organized, process-driven work and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations environment.
The Administrative Operations Associate will support back-office processes, document handling, service request tracking, and basic operational transactions. This is a strong opportunity to build valuable financial services operations experience while working with a collaborative team that values accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and dependable support.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull completed forms from vendor websites and upload them for service request processing.
- Organize completed documents into designated folders for accurate record-keeping.
- Create, update, and manage service requests for tracking and operational follow-up.
- Support processing across operational departments, including basic money movement transactions and account maintenance activities.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling sensitive documentation and financial information.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.
- Location: Gainesville, FL.
