We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to become a vital part of our growing orthopedic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a significant role in a newly established and rapidly evolving orthopedic practice, providing comprehensive orthopedic care while having the freedom to customize your practice according to your interests.
We are in search of a surgeon proficient in a wide range of general orthopedic procedures, including fracture management, sports-related injuries, joint disorders, arthroscopic techniques, and elective surgeries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to achieving outstanding patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. With robust institutional backing, dedicated operating room access, and extensive Advanced Practice Provider support, you will step into a position designed for immediate impact and long-term professional development.

- Shared evening and weekend on-call schedule (1:8)

- Ability to secure medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois

- Open to both recent graduates and experienced surgeons
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives starting at 10,650 wRVUs
- Transition to a straight production model beginning in year three
- Potential to earn over $1 million annually
- $100,000 recruitment bonus
