Job Description
We are a prominent multispecialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care for both men and women. Our Urogynecology division focuses on diagnosing and treating female pelvic floor disorders, such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and complex pelvic floor dysfunction.
We are currently looking for a full-time Urogynecologist (FPMRS) to become a part of our expanding and collaborative team. The selected candidate will be tasked with providing comprehensive patient care, which includes:
- Conducting medical evaluations and diagnosing pelvic floor disorders
- Creating personalized treatment plans
- Performing surgical and minimally invasive procedures
- Providing post-operative care

We are recognized as a preferred referral center for both physicians and patients in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery) to meet the increasing demands of the Phoenix area. The incoming physician will:
- Manage outpatient clinics and procedure days at one or more of our 13 locations across the Valley
- Perform surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and surgical centers
- Work closely with Urology physicians, Urogynecology colleagues, and Advanced Practice Providers
- Participate in hospital rounds as necessary
Call responsibilities will involve a shared rotating schedule among Urogynecology providers. We foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and leadership opportunities. We are open to discussing partnership or associate tracks based on qualifications and career aspirations.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS)
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
- MD or DO; both AMG and IMG candidates are welcome
- Strong background in urogynecology and pelvic floor disorders
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience with robotic or minimally invasive pelvic surgery
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
