Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
Location: Odessa, TX
Setting: Private Practice
Openings: 2

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services

  • Maintain and grow an active client caseload

  • Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning

  • Collaborate with other therapists within the practice

  • Build community presence and support practice growth

Qualifications

  • Active LPC License in good standing

  • Must bring an existing caseload of 10-15+ clients

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

  • New graduates and LPC Associates are not eligible

Compensation

  • Independent practice model

  • Office rental fee applies

  • 20% revenue share for practice support services

  • Unlimited earning potential based on caseload growth

Schedule

  • Flexible Scheduling

  • No On-Call Requirements

  • No Weekend Requirements (Optional)
