Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our Davenport Family Practice team.

  • Attractive compensation package featuring a 2-year income guarantee of $290,000 annually, plus incentives.
  • Bonus package totaling $150,000.

  • Shared on-call responsibilities, phone only, with a rotation of 1:20.
  • Onsite access to primary care, pediatrics, laboratory services, imaging, and urgent care.
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in Iowa.
  • Current, unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt/J1 waiver).
