Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to providing exceptional healthcare.

- Work closely with the ENT department and patients undergoing INSPIRE therapy.
- No on-call responsibilities!
- Enjoy an outpatient practice with a Monday to Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, or holidays required!
- Serve a primary service area of approximately 260,000 residents.
- Work at a Level III Trauma Center equipped with helicopter services.
- Annual salary of $333,626 plus production incentives.
- A bonus package totaling $48,000 for the first two years.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, CME, relocation assistance, paid time off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution from the employer.
- A regional health system serving 14 counties, including MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa.
- A teaching hospital with residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

- Board Certified/Board Eligible; must achieve board certification within three years of eligibility.

- A degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school is required.
- Completion of a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.

- Strong communication skills are essential.

- Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
- Population of approximately 30,000, making it the largest urban center in northern Iowa.
- Located two hours from both Minneapolis and Des Moines.
