Opportunity Highlights

• A current physician is retiring and will provide mentorship during the transition.

• Work closely with the ENT department and patients undergoing INSPIRE therapy.
• No on-call responsibilities!
• Enjoy an outpatient practice with a Monday to Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, or holidays required!
• Serve a primary service area of approximately 260,000 residents.
• Work at a Level III Trauma Center equipped with helicopter services.

Compensation Package

• Annual salary of $333,626 plus production incentives.
• A bonus package totaling $48,000 for the first two years.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, CME, relocation assistance, paid time off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution from the employer.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible; must achieve board certification within three years of eligibility.
• H1B and J1 visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
• All offers are contingent upon successful completion of references, background checks, pre-employment physicals, and drug screenings.
• A degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school is required.
• Completion of a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.
• Must be eligible for medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• A collaborative team player.
• Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
