\nRobert Walters are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business in Milton Keynes to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation during an important period of growth and transformation. The business operates within a specialist technology-led sector and is investing heavily in its finance function, creating an opportunity for an ambitious Management Accountant to make a real impact.
\nReporting into the finance leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate management reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and providing valuable insight to stakeholders across the business.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Preparing monthly management accounts and providing insightful analysis. \n
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. \n
- Producing financial reports to support business performance. \n
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes. \n
- Supporting audit requirements and maintaining strong financial controls. \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting. \n
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive performance. \n
About you:
\n- \n
- Previous experience working as a Management Accountant. \n
- Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). \n
- Strong technical management accounting skills. \n
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data. \n
- Excellent Excel skills and experience working with finance systems. \n
- A proactive approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
