Corporate Associate | Leeds | 2- 4 Year's PQE

AJ Chambers are working with a Top tier Legal 500 accredited law firm, due to growth they are currently recruiting a Associate to join their Corporate team.

Main Responsibilities:

\n
• Advising on a broad range of UK and cross-border M&A transactions, representing corporate clients, investors, and management teams.
\n
• Supporting private equity clients on investments, portfolio transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters.
\n
• Managing transactions independently where appropriate, while assisting partners and legal directors on larger, more complex deals.
\n
• Working on transactions with values ranging from £5 million to over £100 million, coordinating due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and overseeing deal execution.
\n
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
\n
• Driving business development by contributing to pitches, preparing client insights, and expanding professional networks to support the continued growth of the practice.
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• 2- 4 Year's PQE Corporate Associate experience
\n
• Strong technical corporate law knowledge and excellent commercial awareness.
\n
• Experience managing your own workload and contributing effectively to transactions.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• The ambition to continue developing your expertise across the full spectrum of corporate work.
\n
